How fast do you deliver my orders?

Items usually ship within 7-10 business days of purchase in the US and 15-17 business days of purchase for International. You will receive an email with tracking when the order ships.

What is the process for return?

If you don't love it, return it.  We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within thirty (30) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the product.  

Shipping charges will not be refunded.  We do not supply prepaid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees.  We will issue your refund within (12-24) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

To return your merchandise, please contact us for the return address and always include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.

Who pays for the postage for a return?

The customer is responsible for paying the postage for return goods.

What if I need to change my order?

You may change your order and address details within (24) hours of purchase. Please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line:  CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order is submitted.

If you like the product, but need another size, color or variant, you will need to return the product for a refund, and place a new order. We suggest ordering as soon as you realize you need an exchange, as sometimes products might run short.
